For the weekend Louise has prepared one of her previous triumphs & a classic dish bound to appeal to many of you.


Seabass Gondola
Tender Mero filet oven baked on a bed of vegetables & spices served with your choice of potatoes or rice

A rich meaty tomato sauce served with spaghetti & garlic bread
